I need to cancel my tickets. How do I get a refund?

If cancellation is made twenty-four (24) hours or more in advance of the tour date, your payment will be refunded in full; if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of cancellation. We will also provide a refund in the event of security, safety or similar closure. In the event we are unable to provide the cruise for any reason, our only obligation is a complete refund. I need to reschedule my cruise. How do I get a refund?

Reschedule requests must be made twenty-four (24) hours or more in advance of the tour date. All tickets are final and non-refundable within 24 hours of the departure. We do not compensate for, or reschedule no-shows.
