Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy
The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is the nonprofit partner of the National Park Service in its mission of preserving and enhancing natural and cultural resources of Golden Gate National Recreation Area and other Bay Area National Parks. Established in 1981, the Park Conservancy’s mission is to:
- Preserve the Bay Area National Parks
- Enhance the experiences of park visitors, and
- Build a community dedicated to conserving the parks for the future.
