Q. How do I print my eTickets?
A. Your e-mail confirmation has a link for the eTicket document. Please check your e-mail, click on the link to open the PDF document that contains your eTicket. If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download a free version from Adobe. If you cannot print or simply forget to print your eTickets, you can still pick up your tickets at our Pre-Paid ticket booth at Pier 33 Hornblower Alcatraz Landing on the day of your cruise. Please be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the ticket and valid photo identification.
Q. Do I need to print my eTickets on special paper or with specific print settings?
A. No. eTickets do not require any special print settings or paper. Plain paper is preferable. Photo or glossy paper may make it difficult for us to scan your tickets.
Q. Do I still need to bring an ID if I print my tickets at home?
A. Yes. We will check your ID in line to make sure one member of your party is the person whose last name is printed on the tickets.
