A. If cancellation is made seventy-two (72) or more hours in advance of reservation, your payment will be refunded in full; if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of cancellation. We will also provide a refund in the event of security, safety or similar closures. In the event we are unable to provide the cruise for any reason, our only obligation is a complete refund. A. Please contact our Reservations department at +1-415-981-7625 or info@alcatrazcruises.com to arrange your reschedule. Reschedule requests must be made in advance of the cruise date. We do not compensate for or reschedule no-shows.
